Pizza cold, chips cold. Very long wait for delivery

Used the Chip Inn for many years, but last night's food was not great. Delivered on time but one of the fish supper's packaging had been crushed. The fish had also been wrapped in a new style paper which maybe continued to steam the fish resulting in a totally soggy batter, most of which stuck to the paper.

The suppers were a tad cold. But easy to warm up in the microwave. Lovely fish.

The gluten free fish was nice but the chips were very undercooked and inedible and the regular fish had soggy batter which was unfortunate also inedible. Usually the standard here is much better but very disappointed today and now having to cook another meal as most of this one went in the bin.

Food was 30mins later than estimated delivery time, the food was not very hot when it arrived too. Although we have never had a problem before this has put us off from ordering delivery again

Ordered a small chips with my order and it definitely was small if not mini but apart from that food was tasty and piping hot! Would defo recommend and will be ordering again.

We all had fish suppers and the fish was lovely and hot but chip a bit soggy. Service was bang on time if not a few minutes early.

The pizza was burnt could only eat just under half
